how we move together.

MINIMUM AGE

Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign our liability waiver before participation.

PARKING

Street parking is available near the studio. However, we recommend parking in either of the parking lots across the street for the best experience possible. Be sure to leave time for parking when arriving for your class.

| LATE POLICY |

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals; however, once that window has passed, studio doors will be locked and late entry will not be permitted. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and experience of all clients.

SOCKS REQUIREMENT

Grip socks are required for all reformer classes. Clients without grip socks will not be permitted to participate. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

NO SHOWS

Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling within the policy window will result in forfeiture of the class credit. Unlimited membership holders will incur a $20 no-show fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time in order to receive a refund or have credits returned to your account. Reservations booked through ClassPass must be canceled or modified directly through ClassPass, as we are unable to make changes or issue refunds for third-party bookings.

RETURN POLICY

All service sales are final. Retail items can be returned to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and still have the original tags attached.

PHONE POLICY

Phones are not permitted during class. If you need to take a call, we kindly ask that you step outside the studio. Filming and photos are permitted only if no other clients are visible in the content. Please respect the privacy of others and do not capture or post any client without their consent.

INJURIES

Clients should inform the instructor of relevant ailments or injuries. While we aim to accommodate needs, our instructors are not medical professionals. For safety, they may limit participation in certain classes as needed.

LOST PROPERTY

Elevé is not responsible for lost items. If you think you left something behind, please contact us promptly, and we’ll do our best to help.

DISCRIMINATION POLICY

We are committed to creating a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone. Respect for fellow clients and staff is expected at all times. Bullying, discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
