the story of elevé.

Elevé was born from a personal journey, one that began a few years ago when I first stepped into a Pilates studio not knowing how much it would change my life.
At the time, I was searching for something I couldn’t quite put into words. Balance, strength, a sense of grounding in the middle of a busy life. What I found was more than a workout. Pilates became a space where I could slow down, reconnect with my body, and rebuild both physical and mental strength from the inside out.
A pivotal moment came when my life coach gave me a simple assignment: to give myself just one hour a week. That was it, one hour dedicated entirely to myself. It felt small at the time, but it changed everything. It taught me how essential it is to pause, to prioritize myself, and to understand that even the smallest commitment to self-care can have such an impact. To this day, I am deeply grateful for that lesson, because it shifted the way I view rest, wellness, and self-worth.
As a mom, I also came to understand something even deeper, how rare and important it is to have time for yourself. Even just one hour can completely shift your energy, your patience, and your sense of self. Over time, that personal practice and those realizations turned into a deeper calling. I wanted to create a space that reflected everything. Pilates had given me: calm, intention, empowerment, and community.
That vision became elevé.
Elevé meaning “elevated” is more than a name. It represents the feeling I wanted every client to experience the moment they walk through the door: lifted, supported, and reconnected to themselves. Every detail, from the design of the studio to the energy of the classes, has been thoughtfully created to reflect that intention.
For those days when childcare isn’t always available or support looks different, little elevé was created. A small, safe, and nurturing play space where children can stay just steps away while parents take that one hour to move, breathe, and focus on themselves. It’s our way of making wellness more accessible, realistic, and inclusive for real life.
This studio is built on the belief that movement is not just physical, it’s transformative. It has the power to shift how you feel, how you carry yourself, and how you move through the world.
Elevé is the space I once needed. And now, it’s my honor to share it with you.
